Service Scope

folli.io is currently a read-only Trading 212 portfolio analytics app. It is not a broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, FCA-authorised firm, trading venue, custody provider, or order-placement tool.

• The service helps users view, organise, analyse, and monitor Trading 212 account and portfolio information.
• The service may show holdings, cash, transactions, dividends, orders, reports, analytics, assistant responses, alerts, and visualisations.
• The service does not place, route, submit, cancel, or manage orders.

No Advice

Nothing in folli.io is investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, subscribe for, or otherwise deal in any investment.

You are responsible for your own decisions and should consider independent financial, tax, or legal advice where appropriate.

Eligibility And Account Security

• You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, use the service lawfully, and have authority to connect any account or API key you add.
• You are responsible for your login details, devices, API keys, authentication credentials, and actions taken through your account.
• Tell us promptly at security@folli.io if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

Trading 212 And Third-Party APIs

When you connect an API key, you authorise us to access and process information made available through that connection to provide the service.

Trading 212 and other third-party providers may change, suspend, rate-limit, revoke, reject, delay, or discontinue their APIs or data at any time. You remain responsible for provider terms and API permissions.

Data And Calculations

Portfolio values, gains/losses, dividends, allocations, currency conversions, assistant responses, and other calculations may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, estimated, or based on third-party data.

Verify important information directly with your broker, exchange, statements, tax records, or another authoritative source before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or harmfully.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, or rate limits.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the service to manipulate markets, breach trading rules, or commit financial crime.

Availability, Changes, And Termination

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, commercial, or third-party API reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@folli.io.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, trading losses, loss of profits, inaccurate or unavailable third-party data, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect credentials, third-party provider failures, or indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

Where the law permits a cap, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 100.
